As a first time owner of a ebike, I had to do a lot of research and finally came across this bike and shipping was fast and came packaged quite well.The bike looks modern. and looks stylish. I had heard :“nice bike “ from many people while driving it. GREAT 😊The bike came mostly assembled, it tooks from me about 25 minutes to put it together.The frame has a very delicate design,Just connect the cable of the fron light with the cable coming from the main cable, and make sure the pin is straight and insert to the female end, pay attention! the two arrows in the two separate cable should be aligned.very comfortable ridethe ride is really smooth and comes with many ride options.bike can handle any kind of weather or terrain.thanks to the dual hydraulic suspension designers, whether you're tackling stairs, rough terrain, or gravel inclines. Hydraulic brakes reduce braking distance.On the 3rd level with the chain gear in 7th gear I got 30 mph. I weigh 141 pounds. I never try level 4 cuz I see that gonna be exceed the safe speed limit, according to its mass The bike so fast and Light weight.it is easy to install the battery..(watch my attached video I had made!)I see that convenient charging of the mobile battery… I’m working delivery food with Uber!, the battery charge gives me 7 hours biking with pedal assist, in other words; I can guarantee that the battery gives you 40 miles for one full charge.I will continue to update this review if I notice anything new.rest assured to purchase and strongly recommend.Customer service is extremely responsible and very quick to reply if you have any concerns or questions.

Tire was inflated within the stated range and the belts separated at about 600 miles and the brakes show signs of leaking fluid and stick after application. The braking is dangerous at best under these conditions.

Tiene 5 velocidades no 8, corre a 27 millas con la 5 velocidad y me duro 25 millas la carga con pedaleo,La coloque a cargar 12 horas y el cargador la luz no se puso en verde, no se si le falta aun para estar completa, pregunte en las preguntas cuanto tiempo se lleva para cargar pero no me responden, al frenar suena no se por que!, la luz alumbra bien, con la 5 velocidad que corre a 27 la carga me dura 11 millas con la luz prendida y después de 11 millas comienza a bajar la velocidad poco a poco por la carga, entre menos carga menos velocidad yo la utilizo para mi trabajo y el camino a sia mi trabajo un 60% es subida pero no muy impinada me corre a 25 millas las subidas que utilizo a sia mi trabajo, ami me gusta la velocidad por eso la utilizo solo en la 5 en la primera velocidad corre a 16 millas con pedaleo y si pesa, es alta mido 1.73 metros y me queda extracto yo peso 134 libras, mi trabajo queda a 5 millas de mi casa, de mi casa para mi trabajo me tardo 17 minutos para llegar, de mi trabajo a mi casa me tardo 15 minutos y yo la ando como si fuera moto al tope, no la dejo descargar la batería, cuando ya e corrido 11 millas la conecto, vuelvo y repito me gusta la velocidad y la ando al tope

Over all I really like the design of this e-bike, the frame feels sturdy.Pros:-Fast 31 mph on high speed on flat pave road.-The seat is very comfortable-The headlight is big and fit the bike nicely.Cons:-A full charged battery range is only 32 miles with paddle assist so it was disappointing.-The spring on the deraileur is soft causing the chain to come off the front deraileur when offroading on the trail.-The paddle assist 1 is very jumpy, it want to take off at full throttle so paddle assist is some what useless when the bike is travelling at low speed.

Do not buy!! Had this bike for less than a month and the battery wont charge now they wont fix it or take the bike back. Pure BS
