The case easily broke and small pieces would fall off. Over time it became useless because of the bits of breakage, so my phone got cracked.

The screen protector: There is a blue film over it as others have said, which takes some persistence to remove, maybe a few minutes. There's a round sticker on the film that states "tear off the blue film before using the cover". Don't think that you can grab onto the sticker and pull off the film because it provides no assistance in that realm. You have to start peeling from the top of the protector and then once you get it started it comes off.DislikeThe fingerprint reader is partially blocked by the case so, it's not always easy to access the phone via this method. The screen protector sometimes isn't sensitive to the touch, like I have to press more than once to open an icon. I wish that it fit tighter over the phone if that makes sense.Like:The red color, which is the only reason why I bought the case. My other case (poetic) is actually better quality. But I wanted a red case. The case is okay.

I really like this case. It is very sturdy. It adds width and thickness to my S10e which is what I wanted. The back and edges are textured so it is not slippery. It is very easy to grip but still slides easily in and out of my jean pockets. I would've given the case 5 stars if the screen cover was not so loose. It is glued onto the black inner casing, but not very well. I ended up taking it off.I just ordered a second case.But yes, the bluish green tint cover on the screen cover itself can be, and must be, peeled off before use.

I like the case and the color is great. It feels cheaper than other cases but it is still protective enough that I would feel comfortable if I were to drop my phone. The one thing that I thought was odd is that the built in screen protector was blue, but in the picture it is clear. This didn't matter to me because I remove the built in screen protectors anyways because I have tempered glass on my phone. Overall, the case holds up and is worth the money spent.

Ok. Please don't listen to the review that says the screen protector is blue...it's not. You have to peel off the blue cover before use (there's literally a sticker on the screen thats states this 🤦🏻‍♀️) perfect fit and not bulky at all. Only downside is the fingerprint sensor is blocked by a part of the protector so I have to use biometrics or my passcode to get into my phone. No biggie.

I am now giving this phone case 5 stars. It was difficult to type or swipe because the screen saver was so thick. Since my phone already has a film screen saver, I removed the one in this case and it's great. The case protects the phone from damage if it's dropped. It's very sturdy and protects all the ports. I love it. Also easy to find because it's pink!

I bought this case because I wanted something with a screen protector and thickness since the S10e is pretty slim. I wanted aomething that was easy to hold with one hand.S10E Phone fits great. No sliding. No moving.Buttons are easy to use and push/turn on.Light weightFits in pockets easilyThe only fault I find is the screen protector is not flush with the screen and allows dust to get between the screen and phone through the hole for the camera. And since it isn't flush with the screen, I have to be more diligent about what I am doing on my phone. But other than that, it was worth the purchase.

PEEL THE BLUE OFF! i swear all these comments saying their screen protector is blue are from people who can't read! So maybe this message won't help them either 🤔 over all definety a bit lower quality than an otterbox but also a third of the price so I like it! It feels sturdy and for sure able to withstand a drop.
