I really like this wrap. It is very light weight and comfortable to wear. The magnets are a clever way to make it adjustable , much better than Velcro as they don’t mess up your clothes and make it a more flexible fit. The controls are very straight forward and the temperature very toastie on the high setting.I use mine with a portable battery pack which means I can move around whilst using it. I walk most days and it will be very useful as a heated scarf in the winter time. A big bonus is its size and weight, it will fit into my bag and take up hardly any space . I Will be taking it when I join my friends for a socially distanced cuppa in the garden this spring, it will make it a much cosier experience.

Arrived quickly. Nicely packaged in a thin box, containing the neck wrap in a silver grey cloth bag, lead and instructions. Simple to use, just plug in and it's pretty self explainatory. Heats quickly, with three heat settings; low, medium and high. Timer is accurate. Again three settings in minutes; 15, 30 and 60. The controls are attached to the lead, so easily accessible. I found the heat most comfortable on low for about 15 to 30 minutes. The neck wrap closure is four magnets which are very strong and secure and give a lot of adjustment for neck size. The wrap itself could be a bit bigger, but once using it was fine just for the neck. If you want to use it on a wider area it's probably not for you, however, I did drape it across my shoulder and it worked reasonably well like that as the magnets are quite heavy, they sort of worked as an anchor. The only real downside is you have to have a powerbank or sit close to a PC. For the price I would have hoped for a powerbank to be included.

Bought the heat pad for my neck pain.19/12/23. It was fine for 6 months but now it often does not heat up or when it does it switches off after a few mins and not as per the setting.Probably why it is no longer available, to many faults

It works on my osteoporosis on my neck the heat is so nice it goes around your neck and it’s so comfy it has a magnetic to close it so easy no fiddling about if you have pain in your hands it’s wonderful I take mine everywhere with it being usb just get a power bank to charge it ideal for planes car journeys it helps sp much 3 settings gets really warm easy to use I would highly recommend if you have any pain around your neck

At first I thought was going to be brilliant for my wife. I bought her it for Christmas. She has used it a handful of times and it keeps switching off on its own. Very disappointing because when it works she said it helps her with pain

I occasionally have a neck pain. I chose the Arris neck wrap to help on these occasions.Overall the device is excellent.The fact you can use your own battery means you can have a smaller power source if required which adds to its portability. The variable heat settings are very useful.Very pleased with the product and the outcome of the first couple of uses.

This was doing a good job until today. I have probably used it for about 20 hours, and now it has broken.The device turns on but no longer gets warm.

Dead easy to set up with multiple means it can be used to heat up. Has timer on it and heat settings. Am really pleased with it. Competitor used to sell their neck device for same price, but suddenly uplifted to over £50 so went for the cheaper option.

It is about 1/4'' thick- would that be no stars or five???Overall it appears to be well made, functional and well-designed. The fabric may easily show aging, the heat and timer controls are not built to take a beating and electrical connections can become unreliable over time but if it breaks that is more likely to be from use than from poor manufacturing.
