** PLEASE NOTE ** T shirts are now sublimation printed on to "polyester" shirts, Polyester is not as thick as cotton, But its lighter and softer. Printing on to cotton doesn't give much longevity to the image and you have to be very careful not to wash above 30 degrees, no tumble drying etc etc. Sublimation means, The images are applied to the shirts via extreme heat and pressure and the inks become fused to the material. Images printed onto polyester will stay on the garment forever, in fact the image will outlast the life of the actual shirt, So there's a bit of a trade off between cotton and polyester. And its more important that the customer gets something that will come out the washing machine the same way it went in.
