I've been using zz from demodexsolutions for years. wanted to try something else but which cream should i use - this one or the plus?

What is the process of the mites dying off? I used for first time last night and this morning I could see more than ever

Using both face wash & face cream. Anyone notice this smells like burning chemicals? Not sure if it's one or both items-smell wont dissipate-UGH!!

Does it contain any steroid?
