IT Dusters AirTec Ultra Electric Air Duster Blower for PC, Laptop, Console, Electronics and Home Cleaning, Environmental Alternative to Spray air can Duster Keyboard Cleaner (Type 3)

This thing really blows (in a very good way)! I hadn't thoroughly cleaned my desktop PC in a while (I have a quite a few fans in it) and boy did this air duster take care of all the dust bunnies inside it. It literally blows away caked on dust from the fan blades (make sure you hold them in place before blowing any compressed air on them!).The radiator for the liquid cooling system was so caked with dust my compressed air cans barely cleaned it, but this thing blew it ALL out, and my PC is actually running quite a bit cooler and quieter now.This was a great buy, both in quality of the product and price. I can't say enough good things about it! Plus, you get a plethora of attachments that can help in many other situations (oh and a couple of nice brushes too!).Two minor things though (and I mean MINOR)...it does get a little warm during extended use and (just nit-picking), the carrying bag they supply is really too small for the duster and all the attachments. Other than that, this duster is first rate and I am extremely pleased with it!

These things turn out ro be not quite what you expect. You can't really compare them to cans of compressed air, which I use to clean out computer parts.Yes, this thing will clean out dusty computers just fine and not run out of air or freeze. I've read reviews of people cleaning out grimey dust that's glued onto pc fans - that this will not do. There are some things that you just have to wipe away yourself.But this unit is totally worth it, especially if you work on a lot of pcs with dusty cases, fans and heat syncs. I would definitely buy this again because it does the job and it's cheaper than air cans over time.

For 3 decades I've been using my air compressor to blow the dust out of electronics. In case you're not aware plenty of people will give you frowny faces and warnings about that. The air can be too forceful, moist, oily, etc. If you don't know how to deal with all of those issues then definitely don't use an air compressor. I finally decided to get a dedicated duster mostly due to convenience and not dealing with a hose from my compressor which is used mainly for automotive and carpentry. I couldn't recommend the AirTec Ultra more. It's convenient, compact and as powerful as is needed. It has a number of tips to shape and diffuse the airflow along with brush tips to help with stubborn dust. No worry about how clean the air is either as no moisture or oil can (typically) be introduced into the air flow as needs to be filtered with a compressor. This is also a much better solution than canned compressed air, it never runs out. I know people who spend this much for compressed air cans in a month, this is such a better solution. High quality feel, nice balance, I actually wish I'd made the switch a long time ago.

It is small in size but it’s very potent and is awesome for strong cleaning. It’s perfect for people looking to clean the inside of a PC!! It has many heads which give pressure in different ways depending on your needs! Pretty good product!! Of course it’s quite noisy!

This worked great. I needed something to help clean our tower fans and this did the trick. The noise is comparable to a hair dryer. I bought the Type 3 and the air power was excellent. No more dust in my tower fans. Very happy with this product.

Just received the Type 6 AirTec Ultra Air Duster and I am loving it.Where has the AirTec Type 6 been all my life? I have two desks in my home office, one for all my personal computer gear and the other for work. So lots of hardware on the desktops and I'm a neat freak, constantly dusting everything off with an anti static cloth. Plugged it in and started air dusting, this thing is powerful. Obviously it blows dust from top surfaces but also gets under components that are on raised feet, into vents, etc. without having to move or lift the equipment. Goodbye compressed air cans!I got the Type 6 with the more powerful two speed fan motor but so far I haven't needed the second speed. I'm sure I'll find a use for it someday! This is also going to be great for dusting off my stereo components that are in an open equipment rack and for use in my truck.Feels like it is well built, it has some weight to it and it comes with several nozzles and brushes that are a thoughtful set of accessories. I'm using the long nozzle with the small diameter opening at the end for directed air flow. Love that it is corded instead of using rechargeable batteries. Only wish would be if the power cord were a couple of feet longer.This is a peeve of mine but another reason I chose this brand is because their product description information was written in grammatically correct English.Definitely recommended.

I've been in IT all my life and have spent lots of money on cans of compressed air... but no more! Perfect timing, too, as those cans are nearly 8 bucks a piece now! This blower is nice, and it's not nearly as loud as I was afraid it was going to be after reading reviews of other similar models (it's relatively quiet for how much air it is capable of blowing!). The attachments are useful, and I like that it came with a cloth bag, though I wish that bag was a bit larger since it's somewhat of a tight squeeze to fit it all properly. Seems well made (feels quite solid); I think it will last me for years. I like that there are two speed settings. Very happy with purchase; recommended!
