Brooks EnglandMen's Flyer Leather Saddle

Actually the springs on this saddle are not bouncy, but are very firm. I’m still in the break in period and the discomfort is different and minimal compared to the cushy gel saddle that originally came with my bike. Yes, after a ride my bottom is a little tender, but that only lasts a couple of minutes with no lasting discomfort. A long ride on the gel saddle could leave me sore for the day. Worth the investment in comfort for me, and it will only get better with time.I like it so much, I replaced my quick release seat clamp with a bolt-on so the Brooks will still be there when I’m out running my errands. It’s a beautiful piece of leather work.

Einmal BROOKS, immer BROOKS...

Changement de selle car celle de mon vieu Peugeot s'est cassée d'usure après 5 ans de bon et loyaux services. Il aura fallu que je commande un nouveau chariot de selle car celui d'origine etait trop gros (trouvable a decat) et installation sans soucis. Au niveau confort c'est mieux que ma Peugeot, j'ai fait l'entretien du cuir avec le sachet fourni, ya plus qu'a la roder maintenant. Coté esthétique elle est très jolie avec la partie métallique noire, ça fait moderne et retro a la fois ! Envoi rapide et soigné !

まず格好良い。そして座り心地が良い。購入から1ヶ月以上、雨の日以外は毎日6〜10km前後、週一で半日くらいのポタリングする程度ですが、お尻が痛くなったことは一度も無いですね。自転車はDahonのRoute。クッションの柔らかさとは全く異なる、革独特のしなやかさがとても心地よいです。

The springs are incredibly strong; don't seem to do much to dampen but you'd be surprised - they seriously improve comfort on rough pavement and gravel. Expensive, but worth it.
